How do I create a place?

Places are created in two ways:

1. Manually, when creating a new moment.
2. Automatically, when imported from a feed.

Places will be automatically created if a moment imported from a feed item contains a place. Momento will do its best to automatically merge the place with an existing place if it suspects a duplicate, but otherwise you will need to manually merge the place.
