Events are a collection of moments within a defined period of time. Events can span a single moment or several years.
This is ideal for grouping moments over an uninterrupted period of time like holidays / vacations or celebratory events such as birthdays and weddings.
Any new moments which get added to Momento within this period of time will be automatically added to the event.
Event Tags from Momento 2
'Event Tags' in Momento 2 were used for a variety of purposes, many that may differ from the usage in Momento 3. To ensure data is preserved properly 'Event Tags' will be converted to 'Tags' when migrating to Momento 3.
We plan to provide functionality which will allow you to convert the migrated 'Event Tags' to 'Events' in the future.
