I've lost access to in-app purchases or Premium features

1. Before you begin ensure you are logged into the same Apple account that you originally purchased Momento 3. Double check your receipts to ensure you are correct if you have multiple Apple accounts.*

2. Go to Momento's settings by tapping the 'cog' icon in the top left of the main Timeline screen.

3. Tap 'Premium' 

4. Scroll to the bottom and tap 'Restore Purchases'.


If Momento is unable to verify your purchase then this is because a valid receipt for Momento 3 or any of Momento Premium in-app purchases/subscriptions could not be found with your Apple ID. Please note that Momento Classic purchases are not eligible for the free upgrade to Premium.

*Please note that Family Sharing is not supported for in-app purchases and Momento subscriptions and this account may differ from your iCloud account. The correct account must be signed into the App Store (iOS Settings > iTunes & App Store > Check the Apple ID at the top).
