It has been brought to our attention that some users have experienced an unexpected 'Momento Premium Expired' error before their subscription has come to an end. As a result, premium functionality has temporarily being disabled (such as lock code, multiple photos).
We believe this error was due to an App Store issue which Momento interpreted as a subscription end. This is still being investigated.
Whilst you may have temporarily lost Premium features, full functionality can be restored by 'Restoring Purchases' from the Premium settings screen (Settings > Premium > Tap 'Restore Purchases').
This will check for any active subscriptions or past purchases and unlock the functionality for you. Please ensure you are logged into the correct Apple ID that you used to originally subscribe or purchase features.
